General Questions/New to Joomla! 5.x • Re: Joomla's default mail form "Mail was sent" message?

<jdoc:include type="message" /> goes into the index.php file of the template. It's usually placed above <jdoc:include type="component" />

Isn't there a variable or something in Joomla forms that is set to true if the email was sent? Seems that way I could place my sent-message anywhere in the override template I want.
